After 18+ years behind the chair, raising three kids, and spending countless hours perfecting her craft, Rosa built Nashville Blonde in El Paso, TX, around three things: Great hair, Southern hospitality, and the Belief that nobody should leave a salon feeling anything less than fabulous.
Equal parts stylist, therapist, and beauty guru, she’s built a salon where trust means everything, honesty comes standard, and clients become friends.

She is now the Educator and Sales Representative for West Coast Blondes Haircare in Austin, Texas, bringing her deep technical expertise and passion for transformation to stylists and clients alike.
A precision cutter at heart—skilled in cutting, razor cutting, and curly hair—Sara’s focus has evolved toward scalp health and therapy, with the belief that beautiful hair starts at the root. Over the past 15+ years, she’s shared her craft through education partnerships with brands like Bumble and bumble and Evo Hair Care.
Mother of four and a teacher to hundreds, Sara’s mission is longevity: hair that doesn’t just look incredible today, but thrives for years to come—delivering confidence in every chair.

With 18 years in the beauty industry, Barbara Neubauer is the owner of Ciao Bella Beauty Bar and Educator and Sales Representative for West Coast Blondes, serving Ohio.
Three years ago, she turned her dream into reality by opening her own salon — a welcoming space built on exceptional service, personalized care, and the latest techniques. Now she brings that same passion for the craft to educating and supporting fellow professionals through West Coast Blondes.
Barbara is certified in Brazilian Blowout Free, Pravana Master Colorist, and Aquage Master Class — with expertise spanning precision cuts, dimensional color, smoothing treatments, and styling.
Known for her attention to detail and genuine love for her craft, Barbara’s goal is simple: help every client and colleague look, feel, and perform their absolute best.

Tricia is a beauty industry veteran representing Kentucky with 30+ years of hands-on experience, having worked every side of the business—from high-end salon receptionist roles to suite ownership, as well as small-town hustle, brand partnerships, and advanced education.
As the Educator and Sales Representative for West Coast Blondes Haircare in Kentucky, she brings a balance of craft and strategy to everything she teaches and represents, helping stylists understand how to translate talent into long-term career growth. Her approach focuses on building relationships, strengthening business fundamentals, and staying authentic while expanding skills and client results.
Tricia is especially passionate about supporting new stylists who are trying to bridge the gap between creativity and business. Her mission is to help them build careers that are not only successful, but sustainable—through real experience, real growth, and real authenticity

I’m a dreamer with a deep passion for hair color and bold makeovers. For 15 years, I’ve been obsessed with creating edgy, head-turning results while putting hair health first. After graduating from hair school, I stepped onto the stage with a major corporate hair brand—then quickly realized the polished, corporate “fluff” wasn’t my style. I’m all about honesty, transparency, and real talk, so I chose authenticity over advancement and never looked back.

As an Educator and Sales Representative for West Coast Blondes Haircare in Colorado, I bring that same approach to stylists and clients—sharing practical, science-driven knowledge and representing a brand built around intelligent chemistry and healthy results.

In addition, I’m the owner of The Bleach Babe Studio Salon in Colorado, where I specialize in healthy blondes, custom extensions, and complex color corrections. I love the chemistry and precision behind lightening—because the goal is always the same: lift with control, protect the integrity of the hair, and deliver color that looks incredible and holds up.
